The Réflexions
campaign
Each year, the innovative Réflexion range brings a fresh perspective on the natural diversity and richness of Champagne. In 2024, Lallier proudly presents two expressions: R.021 Brut and Lallier’s inaugural R.021 Brut Rosé.
For the first time, both cuvées have been crafted from vine-to-bottle by Dominique Demarville, our Cellar Master. Since its inception in 2014, Dominique Demarville has blended fresh creativity with the established tradition that Réflexion upholds.
The Réflexions Campaign celebrates terroir and craftmanship by bringing together a collective of creative minds: Lalliers’s Cellar Master, a nature-inspired craftswoman and renowned local chefs.
The story
of an encounter

Dominique Demarville, Lallier's Cellar Master, and Olivia Walker, a British ceramic artist, engaged in a profound dialogue as part of the latest Réflexions chapter. Their shared tools: time, patience and precision. Both processes celebrate the organic flow of nature, whether it’s in the growth of vines or the formation of ceramic pieces.

Our Visionary Cellar Master

Dominique Demarville
“Réflexion is really about capturing what each year brings to the table and weaving it into our ongoing story at Lallier.”
Dominique Demarville joined Lallier in 2020.
He oversees every aspect of every aspect
of the winemaking process, from grape selection to final blends. The R.021 Brut and Brut Rosé, are especially significant as they are the first cuvées entirely crafted by him.
Our ambassadors

Olivia Walker
British ceramicist Olivia Walker’s petal-inspired porcelain artworks, which mirror the layered complexity of the R.021 cuvées, symbolize
the intertwining of human creativity with the natural evolution of the vineyards, reflecting the interconnectedness of craftsmanship and the Champagne landscape.
Olivia’s visit to Champagne fostered a fruitful exchange of ideas and techniques between her and Dominique Demarville, highlighting the shared reliance on time, patience, and precision in both ceramics and winemaking, ultimately achieving exceptional quality.
This year, a collective of international chefs draw inspiration from the unique characteristics of the R.021 Brut and R.021 Brut Rosé, as well as the Champagne terroir. Each chef will create a unique pairing menu to highlight the nuances of the wines.
