Introducing Chef Peter Brunel

The Réflexions campaign brings together a collective of chefs from around the world, 
each bringing their unique culinary perspective to interpret the essence 
of Champagne’s terroir and the 2021 harvest.

For the debut of the R.021 Brut and R.021 Brut Rosé in Italy, Lallier has enlisted 
Italian Michelin Star Chef Peter Brunel. He has designed a special menu for this occasion 
and will host an exclusive event in Italy in March 2025, to showcase the new cuvées.
