The Réflexions Campaign brings together a collective of chefs from around the world, each bringing their unique culinary perspective to interpret the essence of Champagne’s terroir and the 2021 harvest.
For the debut of the R.021 Brut and R.021 Brut Rosé in Germany, Lallier has enlisted German Michelin Star Chef Christoph Kunz. He created a special menu for this occasion and hosted an exclusive event in Munich, in Germany, in May 2025 to unveil the new cuvées.

Christoph Kunz blends tradition with modernity, creating dishes that balance precision with personality. His culinary philosophy at KOMU, his own two-Michelin-starred restaurant, focuses on the essence of enjoyment, emphasizing the beauty of simplicity through carefully selected ingredients.
Just as Lallier carefully selects grapes that express the essence of their origin, he works with ingredients that tell a story of place and season.
